| First, thanks to everybody on this site. TT.net has always given me the confidence to try things. The support has always been tremendous! I'm about 4 hours in, including a trip to Autozone to get a larger puller. I got to the taking the crank pulley off step. I sprayed it with blaster a couple of times, tapped it and then let it sit for about 15 mins. Went to Autozone and then came back for an attempt. Grabbed the impact wrench and the 27 mm socket. Damn thing wouldn't fit between the bolt and the condenser! Tried to belt wrap it, tried to have a helper and it was no dice. I went ahead and took the water inlet, outlet, t-stat, and the passenger side cover off. Really other than the pulley and the lower cover I am right where I want to be. I just hope that the pulley does not give any more hassle tomorrow. I think I will first try to find a normal depth socket. If that does not work then I will look for a smaller impact gun and then if nothing else I will yank the starter and try the jam the flywheel method.
